For agency owners selling AI & automation retainers

Your clients are already asking about AI.
Sell them something real.

Every agency is being asked what it's doing about AI — and most answer with a blog post. This is the other option: three production automation blueprints, a complete AI-search visibility audit system, and the proposal, SOW and pricing templates to turn both into a paid retainer.

One-time payment · Lifetime access · Use on unlimited client work

There are two kinds of agency right now

The first is writing LinkedIn posts about AI, forwarding ChatGPT links to clients, and hoping nobody asks a follow-up question.

The second is billing for it.

The gap between them isn't intelligence or budget. It's having something concrete to sell — a defined deliverable, a repeatable process, and the paperwork to put a price on it.

That is what this is.

What's inside the Vault

01

AEO / GEO Audit System

The part almost nobody else has.

A complete, repeatable methodology for auditing whether a brand appears when buyers ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude or Google's AI Overviews about their category.

  • The audit checklist — five weighted sections, a 0–100 scoring model, a grading scale
  • The prompt set — the exact queries to run, in order, with the methodology rules that stop the audit producing noise
  • The scoring sheet — a structured CSV to log every query, engine and cited source
  • The client report template — including the limitations section that protects you when results vary

Most agencies have never audited this because there was no method. Now there is one.

02

Three n8n workflow blueprints

Importable JSON. Not screenshots, not a video course.

BlueprintWhat it does
Lead capture → enrich → score → CRM Inbound form to scored CRM row with a drafted reply, automatically
Monthly client report Pulls GA4 and Search Console, computes month-on-month deltas, writes the summary, drafts the email
Inbound email triage Classifies every inbound email, labels it, drafts a reply, alerts you on the urgent ones

Each ships with a setup guide covering the credentials, the IDs to swap, and the specific things that break the first time.

03

Client-facing templates

The part that turns the work into money.

  • Proposal template — structured so the first page is about the client, not your agency
  • Statement of Work — with the four clauses that stop scope creep, unpaid balances and free forever-support
  • Retainer pricing sheet — how to price it, plus the client-facing tier sheet to send

Who this is for

  • Agency owners who want a defined AI offer to sell, not another tool subscription
  • Freelancers implementing n8n or Make for clients who want to move faster and charge more
  • In-house marketing leads who need a plan for AI search before the board asks

Who this is not for

Being straight about this saves us both a refund.

  • Complete beginners. This assumes you can read JSON, set up an API credential, and talk to a client about scope. Never built an automation? Start with n8n's free course first.
  • Anyone wanting done-for-you. These are blueprints. You import them, add credentials, and test. That's an afternoon per workflow, not five minutes.
  • Anyone wanting guaranteed results. The audit tells you the truth about AI visibility — including that nobody can guarantee a citation.

What you need to run this

No surprises after purchase.

  • An LLM API keyUsage-based, typically a few dollars a month at agency volume
  • Google accountAccess to your clients' GA4 and Search Console for the reporting workflow
  • About an afternoonPer workflow, to import, configure and test

Frequently asked questions

Is this a course?

No. There are no videos to sit through. It is a set of files you use on live client work: three importable workflows, an audit system, and three client templates.

Do I need to be technical?

You need to be comfortable importing a JSON file, creating an API credential, and swapping a few IDs. If that sounds fine, you are fine. If it sounds like a wall, this isn't the right purchase.

Will the workflows work out of the box?

They import cleanly and the structure is complete. They will not run until you add your own credentials and replace the placeholder IDs — every one is marked, and the setup guide walks through each. Expect an afternoon per workflow, mostly on credentials.

Can I use these for client work?

Yes — that is the entire point. Use them on unlimited clients. You can't resell the Vault itself as your own product.

What if the AI engines change?

They will. That is what the monthly tier is for. The Vault you buy is a snapshot; the subscription keeps it current. The audit methodology is built to be re-validated quarterly and says so in writing.

Does this guarantee my clients will appear in ChatGPT?

No, and be sceptical of anyone selling that. AI answers are non-deterministic and no engine publishes its ranking method. What this gives you is a rigorous way to measure visibility, find the specific causes, and fix the ones that are fixable — plus honest language to set client expectations so you don't get held to a promise nobody can keep.

The window is open right now

AEO is roughly where SEO was in 2003. There is no established playbook, no certification, and no incumbent agency owning the category. Clients are asking the question and almost nobody has a structured answer.

That will not stay true. Right now it is a genuine advantage.
